The Visitor Services Manager at The Children’s Museum at Saratoga is responsible for providing a successful visitor experience, assisting in the day-to-day operation of the facility, and being an ambassador for The Museum. The Visitor Services Manager will directly manage the front desk and provide excellent visitor service and interaction. The job requires excellent communication skills, a friendly and outgoing personality, outstanding organizational skills and point of sale experience.
