The Registrar Assistant, under the supervision of the Registrar and Collections Manager, provides registrarial support for HRM exhibitions. This is a temporary, part-time job: approximately 20 hours per week for seven months. Target start date: April 2025.

Minimum Requirements:
Degree in Art History, Museum Studies, Library Science, or relevant field and demonstrated experience in museum registration, arts administration, collection management or related area within the fine arts industry.
Compensation:
$25 to $30 per hour, depending on level of experience.

HRM provides paid sick leave (“PSL”) in compliance with New York State’s Permanent Paid Sick Leave law providing 1 hour of PSL per 30 hours worked for part-time employees.
