Executive Director

LongHouse Reserve, a 16-acre living museum integrating world-class sculpture with garden design, seeks an Executive Director to lead its next chapter of growth.  Reporting to the Board of Trustees, the ED will advance artistic and strategic vision, ensure financial sustainability, deepen donor engagement and steward the historic sculpture garden and founder legacy.  Core responsibilities include: strategic leadership and long-term planning; major fundraising; operational management of staff (10); cultural programming including exhibitions and community partnerships.

The ideal candidate: 10+ years senior leadership in cultural or arts nonprofit or museum; proven fundraising success; strong financial and operational management; experience with a Board of Trustees; deep appreciation for art, design, and horticulture.

Annual salary $150K to $175K with Benefits.
